Now that school is in session, Gia and I spend A LOT of time together.

Gia and Vinnie. Where is Frankie? They are all six months apart and together are trouble, trouble and more trouble. ![]()

We build A LOT of Lego towers. She insisted on doing her hair herself and insisted on no pants and just a pull-up.
I would have more pictures of Nico, Tommy and Belle if I could get them to stay still long enough to take pictures. I’ve made it a personal goal to make that happen for the next picture post. They don’t know it but they are each going to take a turn.
These pictures happened because Gia asked me to “stop being on the ‘puter.” It’s what happens when time is well spent…when you experience the now. It felt good.
What about you? Did you live in the moment this week? Do you find yourself needing a break from what keeps you from living in the now?

Good Lord, what a cutie!!!!
She’s done a lot of growing in the last year too!
Thanks, Kendra! She’s getting so big so fast. I need a pause button!
She IS sunshine! So glad you spent quality time together.

Thanks! It was so nice just “being”.
{Melinda} AnnMarie, your girl is absolutely and totally adorable. Blogging is great and I love all the great women I connect with, but there’s nothing greater than unplugging and connecting with the little people that God has put into our care. Glad you enjoyed your park day!

Thanks, Melinda! It was so good connecting with her. It’s amazing what happens when she gets my undivided attention.
Most of my best moments come when I stop being “on the ‘puter”, too!

She is totally delightful and you can just tell that she is thrilled with being alive! I love that!

Watching the joy on her face with the simplest things makes my heart smile.

I love that one, too!
My toddler has started to insist on no pants at night. Not sure why she wanted that but it’s pretty fun to see another little girl demanding the same.

Love that there is another little girl out there that feels the same way!
Oh, wow, she’s do cute! What great pictures!
And yep, we have lots of “no pants” time with my son.

Aw, thanks! My boys were a lot like that when they were younger and really even now but my older daughter didn’t go through it. Gia, on the other hand, wakes up and off go the pants. I’ve invested in a lot of skirts and dresses.
Her little pony tail kills me! So cute!
It’s amazing when we get out from behind the screen and start living in the moment, isn’t it? I’m glad you enjoyed it!

I love the “sprout” look.
I was inspired by someone.
And so happy I was.
What a beauty! Definitely has personality and knows what she wants. Ahh a sign of independence so young.
